What lvl should one start to really worry about growth vials for all their mercs?

what are they...lol just kidding.
to be fair if you keep uptodate they dont really cost that much. its only a real pain when you dont vial for a load of levels then have to find the cash.
last event should have vial'ed everyone to the max, i know i did.
again on the level does it really matter. it only adds up when you get to say 100 and have not vial'ed thats a lot of stats you missing out on.
